It would be helpful to mention the drill bit size to accommodate the anchors.Also I thought I followed the picture directions, but alas had to undo everything and do it over.

This has a slender hand hold which is easy for me to grip. Very happy with it.

We put up this railing for safety, but I really am pleased with the appearance. Since we installed it on a deck, we had to provide our own bolts. We already had some nice big fat ones which worked perfectly. This is not lightweight, but we had some help, and it went up in less than an hour.

One catch, if you did your research and read reviews and comment you would've learned that the hardware kit that it ships with is probably metric and if you are in the US you wont be able to drill a suitable hole for them. In fact, at least in my case, the concrete anchors they shipped with the rail didn't even fit and were slightly bigger. So just buy a new set of anchors that will work with your drill.One day the US will ditch this stupid, none functional imperial system and use metric where all things make sense!Overall, pretty happy with these rails, they look good, they are solid, handling pretty well in the rain no rust so far after being installed for a month with heavy rain and humidity.

The reason I gave a 4 star: The finish on the top bar was very rough on one side. Had to take a file and remove metal shavings that were painted. It turned out smooth, but now there is a metal edge and I will need to repaint that portion. I had guys installing it and they didn't notice the finish until I took a hold of it and yes, it would cut the hand that held it and slid down it as you should be able to do. I love the look and know it will service my need and anyone that uses it for years to come. I will order another one for my front steps, I do hope the finish on it is better.

Great product and price

Purchased 2 railings, one for the back, and one for the front of the house. Steps were at different heights, because of the way the railings are made, each worked great at both step locations.

Easy to install and very sturdy

Beautiful finish, ornamentation was very neat and fit to steps was perfect. I will reorder from this company again.

This handrail is better quality than many custom wrought iron. very very stutdy, fit exactly as advertised
