This is the first snow cone machine that I have ever owned! I don’t know any way to compare this one to any other but, I will say that I love this machine. It’s pretty much fool proof and the level of safety is top notch. The blades will not activate unless the lid is covering the shaft! Safe enough for diy parties for my girls! I am thankful to have found this product!

When it didn’t work properly Customer service was their to guide me through it and even when I still couldn’t get it to work they sent a new 1 with no extra cost and didn’t have to return the other 1

I loved it, can easily make snow cones. Definitely worth the price. Does get hard to wash, without trying to get the cord wet.

I bought this for my three grandkids (5,9 & 13). The BEST present of Christmas. Easy to use, great texture to the ice and getting a real workout the past four days! Sub freezing temps outside but that hasn’t stopped them from enjoying their favorite treat!

Update: It was broken and product support responded after about a week. Problem was resolved.
