awesome machine for the price, pumps out ice like a champ, keeps up with my small cafe. also very easy to use bought the smaller one 3 years ago lasted about 3 years until it died. after only 1 month of use i get my money back for what i paid for it end of the day i bag up ice and place in the freezer

This is a great little Ice Maker. It fits under our counter and is perfect size for our small deli. It makes adequate ice, seems always to be full. My employees thanked me because we didn't have an ice maker and we were using the ice bags we sell, had to put these in a cooler in the back room. Now everyone just uses this to make our iced coffee, and ice teas. I had to drill a hole in the floor and a hole in the drain under the floor for the water that needs to drain. All-in-all it has been a great ice maker for our store.

I love that it makes ice pretty fast I dont like that the bin the ice drops into is not frozen so the ice will melt if not attended. Otherwise I love it.

This little ice maker far exceeded my expectations. My wife absolutely loves it. The ice cubes are the perfect size and it makes more ice and much faster than the one in our refrigerator. The insulation quality of the ice bin is great. I’ll turn the ice maker off at night and still have almost a full bin of ice the next morning. Can’t beat the price either. I installed ours under the counter near the kitchen sink and the installation was a breeze. I would recommend this ice machine to anyone.

Best value product. It's easy operation and works well. I recommend for small businesses restaurants or cafes. And then It can be placed under the table.

Ice machine has performed exactly as needed. Bagging up 6-8 ten lb bags per day and with another 25-30 lbs in the holding bin, plenty of ice always on hand. Great value for price.

Works quickly and efficiently. I use the double 5gal. jug pump to supply water to it. I have experimented with the ice thickness and -6 to -5 setting seems to work the best. The bin does hold a lot more that other reviewers are saying though I haven't actually weighed the volume of ice.

Had a little trouble with parts getting loose in shipping. Customer service solved the problem in no time! Great ice machine! I have it hooked up to a 300 gpd R/O and it is making nice clean clear cubes all day!!!

The ice machine kicks out a lot of ice and stores a lot too. The controls are very confusing with several buttons that have multiple features on either long or short presses. The translations from the chinese engineers didn't quite come out right, and it makes it a little hard to get good ice. Ours started making the ice so thick that all the cubes were frozen into a sheet with a 1/2\" solid plate at the bottom. we had to dump all of those because they were useless and too hard to break without a hammer. I still do not really know how to change the thickness, but i'm getting more reasonable ice, though still too thick. if you want a simple user friendly machine, this is not for you. If you will have only one or two people using this who can figure it out, then this could work. It is a powerhouse with ice production, just not good or controllable ice.

I live in Texas and this ice maker in my outdoor bar but not direct sunlight. It's 95f today. I use a fan in bar blowing directly on unit. I set ice program for about 19 min per cycle. In 3 hours I have more than enough ice to use and fill up other 2 refrigerators I have. Very little melt which is a testimonial my to the insulation properties of the unit. Lots of value here and never run out of ice. I use a towel to cover ice maker door for added protection while making ice.
