This machine is awesome. Works great so far . Plenty of ice. I would recommend this machine to anyone needing a small ice machine. I use it alot and still more ice than I need. Great purchase

Bought to make ice for cold plunge. Makes ice all day long. Zero issues. Just have to take out ice and put in cooler because it doesn’t have large holding tank. Installed in garage on small raised platform and sent gravity PVC drain out the wall.

Work right out of the box. User interface was easy to use to adjust cube size. I used a condensate pump for HVAC to pump the water to the drain. No complaints.

We go through so much ice at home. I was done buying ice. It looks big but it’s not as big as you would think. It’s on a end table in the garage, making it the perfect height. We buy ice bags fill them put them in freezer. Or ice machine in freezer can’t keep up with our usage. Now when we need to fill ice chest we have ice on hand. If you use a lot of ice it’s a great item.

Came with everything needed to replace my old ice maker.

This is the one I received and a bit different from the one I thought I bought. Set up today, 6-6-23. So far ice is ok. Sticking together as a big clump. Manual is not very helpful but we are working with it. Seem fairly simple. The one think I do like is that it’s quiet. Our old ice machine was very loud.

I wish the ice bin was bigger. When it’s full it probably doesn’t hold 20# but says it’s supposed to hold 33#. But overall I like it.

Arrived in a timely manner and easy hook up makes ice quickly and I’m very pleased with the ice maker better then ice makers from freezer.

It doesn't have a 33lb bin I can keep up with ice it doesn't make more than you can use All the bin will hold is about 12 to 15 lbs . the book that came with it doesn't go with the machine

The holding tank is to small it does not hold 30 lbs of ice. I can only get 1 and mabey a 1/2 ten pound bags filled. The door needs to seal better to stop bugs from getting into the ice. The directions are not the greatest.
