Everything is great about the machine. Easy to use and clean. Makes clear ice fast. My only complaint is the size of the bin. I feel that it is way smaller than advertised. I got the 44lbs bin and my guess is the way the ice falls it really only holds half of that. Seems pretty but I purchased this item to make ice for cold water plunge therapy. The size of the bin makes me have to take ice out in zip lock bags so it makes more. This is a step I didn't want to do with my regular refrigerator. The next bin size causes the price to triple. Had I known this I would have made different arrangements. That being said I am very happy with the way it works. It just doesn't meet the needs I have for the required ice storage.

it was small for the price compare to the picture but makes the ice very quickly happy but would go with a larger one for my use which is a restaurant ideal for a home bar

I put this icemaker in the garage and it makes all the ice I can handle. When I go out fishing I just make a couple 15 lb bags of ice and put them in the freezer and when I load the boat I just take all the ice that I want. Dont have to stop at the convienience store and buy overpriced frozen water...

I bought this ice machine because our refrigerator unit couldn't keep up with 4 kids this summer. This machine makes ice, lots of ice. We can fill up a cooler for weekend games and when we get back that evening it is full again. Very pleased and the ice tastes great (it has a filter that works very well). Make sure to wait 24 hours before turning it on, so that the cooler is stabilized. We are pleased. One note, we set the unit up outside (outdoor kitchen) for a few days to get the plumbing completed inside. The doors close well and it has an ultraviolet light to kill bacteria, but we did notice that it was attracting gnats to the water. So, I wouldn't recommend to set this up outside.

Great machine! Put it in the kitchen and it was a perfect fit under the counter. It’s not as wide as a dishwasher but the height is the same. I had it outside but bugs were able to get past the lid. I also love the UV light that keeps everything clean inside!

Great ice machine we use it in construction as portable as we move with job office handy just purchase 2nd one for office

Love this so far. As long as it holds up, I give it the five stars. It was easy to set up and use. Just had to run a water line, but I love that it makes ice as well as it does. It's much better than a counter-top model we bought last year. That one lasted just past the warranty (wouldn't you know it). Hopefully, this one will last for years.

first, the bad...I had a hard time hooking up the water supply to the filter hose because it is hard to find a 1/2 inch water spigot to connect it to. I tried hooking it up to the water faucet spigot and it kept leaking or spitting the connector off. A 3/4 inch would be better or at least send an adapter of some kind. However, once I got it hooked up (to a shower head) the machine itself is AWESOME! It makes great iceand the bin fills up in about five or six hours time. I should also add that I don't think the bin holds 33lbs of ice but only about half that. Still, for my purposes it is just enough. I would buy it again.
