Overall this works well for what I need. Pool party weekends in California. The density setting is something I still need to get use to. When the ice is to thick it does break up easily and when its to thin it melts before I scoop it out. Overall I am satisfied based on the price point of this product.

Easy to install. Water filter does not come with it. I bought one to install. That took a lil patience.. makes ice quick and I bagged it up and stored in freezer. The lift door is a lil cheap in that it sticks some and you must be careful opening it to get ice.. coukd break if your aggressive..

Cleaning it regularly, great machine had it for months no issues straight forward. No complaints. Good machine.

Bought the ice maker for my uncle so that he had didn’t have to go to the store all the time and buy ice to keep his drinks in his cooler cold and it is doing that part of the job great! The only issues I know of that he has had is that he has had trouble finding the right setting to get the ice to thaw enough to create cubes that break apart easily and really fill in the gaps in his cooler like the commercial ice makers I’ve been around in restaurants, otherwise it is great. It was also smaller than I expected, but it has no problem producing enough ice for his day to day use

It freezes water like it is supposed to do. Again, what's with the 100 character review. Probably last review you get. Very tiring typing at least 100 characters.

Machine works good so far but don't hold as much in storage box as they say. Would have gotten a bigger one if I known. Might hold 20lbs of ice instead of 33
