This ice maker does it’s job very very well. My air-conditioning and low temp refrigeration technician. So I know how these machines are taken care of and set up and design. That’s design is exactly the same as any high-grade ice machine that sits in any restaurant..

First and foremost, you're going to need to run to the hardware store if you're installing this in your home. I was able to find everything I needed, including a filter. I didn't buy the drain pump because this is located near my back door and my patio is lower than the ice machine, so I let gravity do its job and tape the hose against the machine when I'm not draining it. That's just my Mickey mouse job, I'm not recommending it.The ice machine is pretty awesome. You can customize the size(thickness) and it'll shutoff automatically when it's full, so you never have to worry.If your family goes through a lot of ice, this is a great investment. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

Excellent item for the money. Storage space for ice is a little small. I would probably go with a larger unit if I had it to do over. It can only hold about 20 lbs of ice at a time.

Great deal makes alot if ice. Bag it and store it up then shut it off until needed again. Great for pool and boating fishing. Actually may make more than 100 lbs a day.

We had to get a new "lunchroom" refrigerator and the ice maker makes about 25 cubes a day! For 30 people? So we searched and ordered this ice maker. It is wonderful. It just keeps putting out the ice while everyone is thirsty because temps are in the 90's right now. Our maintenance man put it on a riser so it is eyelevel for using and also the water will gravity drain easily. The only down score with the features is the manual talks about all types of controls and telling it to self clean, etc. Our model did not come with those options. Not sure how you can know on-line that there are different models when the control panel is concerned. But now about 3 weeks of useage and everyone likes it. Just a note to future buyers: The ice is formed quickly and does not get frozen as hard as ice in a freezer. It melts faster since not a hard freeze.

The ice maker looks great but the dimensions are 19.6 width not 18.9. It wouldn’t fit.

Ordered the machine to have extra ice around the house and on vacations. Was a fantastic purchase, The price was better than anywhere else I looked, was delivered within a week. Was super easy to hook up. And makes plenty of ice. Is small enough to take on vacations and camping. And no more having to buy bags of ice. So far great investment

We have been very happy with this ice maker. We had low expectations for the price, but we were definitely impressed with the quality of it.
