This press works great. Wish I got it years ago. I even wrote the manufacture to see if it will do sausage patties. They came right out and said NO. Did not explain or nothing why not. They are wrong, I did 9 lbs of breakfast sausage patties this weekend and came out awesome. So happy with this 4\" patty maker. The size is perfect for the wife and I.

Like I make sausage patties

We use this all summer long and it heavy and will last a long time.

This makes perfect Hamburger patties. The a button on the side that lets the plate drop down each time so you can add the meat easier. It also removes for cleaning. The only complaint I have. The instructions could have been better. It is awesome.

They patties don’t always fall in some spot, so sometimes it would break before it come out, but only had 5 that didn’t form or break on exit out of 130. Over all good sturdy product

I still want the real deal, but this one works for now, takes a little practice and adjusting, piston seems to be tight at first, but once it breaks in, it runs smoothly, prior to inserting meat rub it with some oil or butter and work the piston up and down. Air inside makes it tight, so go easy, it worries me that if something breaks won't be able to fix it, don't know if spare parts are available, something to consider. If seller reads this, please clarify if parts are available for purchase if something breaks. Other than that work fine, makes 7oz patties and cleans easily.

We butcher and process our own meat when hunting. My dad and I ground the beef, made 45 patties, sealed and put them in the freezer in under an hour. Usually that’s a 2-3 hour affair. If you’re making lots of burgers it’s worth it.Also super easy to clean.
