great for the $
nicely done does well for the $ (and better then some for the same $) but just like everyone else wind gens, it is over rated for watt out put, I was hoping for 5 amps @ 12 mph wind and that's what I get so not bad for the $It weighs around 45 lbs so it has some copper in it. if they dont weigh as much as this one dont wast your $ because they wont put out anything (amps) to speak of.

Happy with Happybuy
Ok so I bought this to supplement my solar and here are some things I found...5-10mph starts spinning10-15 produces 10-50 watts15-20 produces 50-100 watts20-25 produces 100-200 wattsNot sure above that but mine has peaked at 220wattsSome other things to mention as well make sure you have the blades balanced before you put it up and to note that one turbine alone is not going to net you alot you need 2-3 before you get the good production out of a wind turbine system as wind speeds vary constantly so keep that in mind!!I am for the most part very pleased with thisturbine and the seller for the first one I bought was defective and they sent me another that showed up before I sent the defective one back!!!I will update again later as I have more info!

200 watts bench test
Hooked it up to multimeter and impact drill. Mine produces about 80 volts at 2 amps. So about 200 watts? I am not for sure on the calculation, but for the price per watt, it is a better bang for buck than solar. Now I just need some wind.

Decent quality
Unit came packaged well and intact. Mostly plastic, but fairly nice appearance. Does generate, but takes quite a lot of wind to get moving. Advise careful review of your location, should be blow your hat off condition if you expect it to pay for itself.
