My ballast box arrived ahead of schedule in an undamaged package. Unlike other reviews there were no problems with the pin size or pin hole alignments. It was a great pleasure to buy this box and have it arrive undamaged unlike most people’s experiences.If you need an inexpensive ballast box then give this one a try.

Ballast box is well built. Metal is good thickness. Quality looks good. No issues putting it on my 3 point.

Good quality, Category 1 quick-hitch compatible ballast box. One lower pin arm was slightly bent, probably in transit. This did not inhibit use.

Works great, added weight solved traction problem.

This worked great with my quick hitch. Filled with concrete, this added a lot of weight to the rear of my tractor. Took 10 of the 50 lb bags of quikrete concrete.

Good product. I added washers and lock washers to the threaded post and nut for added security. Holds rear end down when snow blowing and using bucket. Did not need 4WD.

This is exactly as advertised, it a ballast box only. The thin metal and tack welds will not hold up to heavy use as a storage box, mine was pretty dented up just from the shipping. Filled mine with cement and it works fine and will soon have many more dents.
