It worked out for what we were looking for. We use it in our store. I would recommend this item if someone is looking to keep food hot for a long period of time.
I was in the market for a larger steamer for my deli. I am always cautious when ordering items online because the wording in the descriptions and the pictures available can be misleading. I ordered this for my adult son for Christmas as he has a small restaurant business and does events sometimes. He said he was happy with it and it worked well
I use this for dyeing yarn and it's fantastic! I love the versatility of the small pans and that I can remove the small pans/dividers and use a large pan when needed. It's very easy to operate, gets very hot (although it takes a while to come to temperature).
