I bought this for my wife as a surprise to use for the holidays . We usually have 30 to 40 people here for the holidays both Christmas eve and New Year's eve with tons of food the only problem is that we only have 1 oven. Now we can cook things in advance and keep them warm to hot depending on what is in there. There was no problem it worked the way it was advertised and everything strayed hot and kept the flavor and didn't dry out.

It's hard to know what more to say. Delivery was prompt, the product is great and the customer service support when we had some follow up questions was great. Highly recommended.

It was very helpful for this years thanksgiving and my daughters birthday party. Food stayed at the perfect temperature all day and everyone loved it.

My item did not come with a glass shield. Other than that I luv the product.

Purchase this unit on December 15th. Attempted to use it this past Saturday January 29th and the unit did not work! I immediately emailed Vevor to inform them, and then I found a phone# soni called them. I was told to text in a video showing the unit wasn't working. I did that and was told to check my email in the morning. The following morning I got an email back from the email that I originally sent asking me to do the same thing sending the video, I sent in the video I was advised that they would send the information to the manufacturer and get back to me. Well the manufacturer sent back some pictures that were not mine of what looked like the back of a unit I only sent video of the front of the unit showing that the knob was being turned but it wasn't powering on! I advised the person in the email that the pictures they sent were not of my unit and that I want a refund, the language barrier is horrible I can't understand anything that they're saying and nobody is helping me purchased at your own risk never again what I purchase anything from Vevor

This is an awesome unit to keep foods warm during service! Will order again!

I got there 6 pan steam table a few months back now and it's the best under 300 bucks I've ever spent. I;m the chef at a hunting lodge and it has completely made my life easier. Clean, works great , I even steered a few clients in that direction because they really liked my work.

Broke after using it for the 6th time.
