Effective
Product works very well. Goes down with minor effort as long as you think out your path. Hot Glue works best for stubborn spots where wire rises off the floor. Maintain the spacing. Any wider than whats on the coils and you feel a cold spot......

Thermostat doesn't have directions
Getting clear directions was the hardest thing.contacted the company about very vague directions to hook up the thermostat. All they did was send a picture. The mat itself wasn't hard to install

Great Value
I've just installed the heating mat and outside of outside of a learning curve it went as well as it could. I didn't know that you could not cut off the excess and was left with wire I didn't know what to do with. Rating was on how I liked the product so far, I have not yet had the chance to test it.
