Powerful, quiet, smooth starting and running motor. Replacing a bad motor on your air compressor or building your own compressor, it has the power to run a big pump and at a very nice price. Get the right diameter pully for your pumps rated RPM and you are good to go.

Bought this to run my blacksmith press. It runs the hydraulic system with a Lovejoy coupler to a hydraulic pump. Easily makes rpms for the pump to produce the 2500-3000 psi required for my ram to squish metal. It has to be wired up which is expected for something like this so you will need to be able to follow directions and have a basic understanding of electrical wiring. Overall I'm pretty happy with this as the price really can't be beat for something like this. I've had the motor for a couple of months now and its working fine. Definitely a nice affordable motor for DIY projects and I'm sure even some industrial stuff but really the reason I got it was the price can't be beat and so far the quality is there as it's still running.
