6-inch vise with tough powder coating, enameled red base and protective jaw covers for use with painted and easily marred surfaces. It has smooth operation, and positive locking. I was searching for a vintage larger vise on Facebook Market Place but prices were double the $60 for Vevor's 6-inch version. Pleased.
