Great! Turned out black and about a half inch larger surface than advertised which is good. Hard surface, easy to manage but good enough for small projects. So far so good!

Excellent starter anvil. Best bang for your buck.

Great size, has a little more ring than is preferable, but overall works well for small projects and medium sized knives.

It wants me to rate 3 things... thickness, value for money, and sheerness. As far as thickness goes, DAMN BOI. Value for money? You bet your thicc ass. Sheerness, well, if I dropped it on my bare foot it'd probably sheer off my toes, so 10/10

It does rust out in the weather a little bit.

I bought this after seeing the prices of original anvils. This one is cast steel which is a step up from my cast iron one. The hardee hole is not 25 mm as advertised so not sure if I am going to open it up or leave it as is yet. The horn is a bit of larger diameter also but I can work with it. Overall good solid anvil and much cheaper alternative than and original forged one.
