So far so good, everything is working as it should, doesn't make a lot of noise. Takes about 2.5h to make a gallon of water.

As a water distiller I give it 5 stars; I dont use the charcoal filter because to me it defeats the purpose of distilling water. With TDS meter I see 000 which it should be.I bought this to replace another brand which didnt even last 2 months, and this one, although they pretty much look the same, has better attention to detail for where the controls are.The included glass pitcher at first seemed a bit strange, but now I appreciate the silicon ring on the bottom to prevent breakage, along with the seal for the pitcher lid, which is stainless steel.The only negative is that you have to line up the pitcher with the distiller perfectly, otherwise water will spill everywhere when it comes out of the distiller. This also holds true if someone accidentally bumps the pitcher while it is distilling. In short, the pitcher cap for distilling is a bit too precise.

I can't compare it to others, but I love this machine. Since my purchase I only drink distilled water. My coffee maker and tea kettle haven't been getting that crusty buildup. I love the glass container instead of plastic. It would be great if my whole house used distilled water. To clean it I use 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 water. Then let it sit for a day. Am not sure if that's what's recommended, but it works.

I liked everything about it. No complaints. Would recommend this product.

It was difficult to understand how to assemble and once I started using it, I found the machine did not line up very well with the glass jug. You had to prop the jug up on one side to keep it from leaking all over

Easy to use. Only draw back was the receiving container opening needs to be closer to the system to catch all the water. Resolved this issue by placing a hot pad under one end to cause the opening to tip toward the water stream. Resolved.

Have been using daily and can not be happier. I added a timer on outlet which keeps just enough water in the unit to prevent it running dry. Great value.

We absolutely love our distiller and use it every single day. In fact, we run it two to three times a day and plan to get a second one before Summer.If you are looking for a great distiller, get this one!It is difficult to remove and reattach the plugs at first but it gets easier so don't hesitate to invest. This is worth it!

The distiller works very well. However, the carafe won't set close enough to use the funnel cap while distilling. It works well without the funnel cap though if positioned correctly.
