This product is excellent for the value and for the speed of use.

It worked as expected.

I use it to make distilled water for our humidifier so we don't get calcium dust in the air and in our heater system. wish it could do 2 gallons at a time but it works well. I've made 111 gallons so far. Running it 3 times a day. I started filling it from the refrigerator drinking water(cold water) which did take a while to heat up ,the 4hours like they say, but found that water supply left heavy calcium deposits in the boiling pot. Calcium Powder cleaned out fairly easy for the most part. I haven't used the cleaning chems but have swished white vinegar in it to remove heavier deposits. I switched to hot tap water and there's very little calcium in it( probably falls out of suspension in my hot water tank)and a bit of iron now that wasn't in the filtered water . I'm happy with its performance at the price. You tuck a charcoal filter pack in the drip nozzle from extra filtration . Water taste good no odors think its a good back up for boil water orders that pop up during Midwest winters. I must have gotten a good unit never know on some of theses device's you order now days.

The best thing I've done for myself. Works great is very easy to use and clean. I tried other alternatives and couldn't even get close! This product within 30 tob45 minutes completes the cycle. I'm in love.

Very easy to use . It takes a few hours per gallon to distill. It would be nice if it had an off button .

When covid cases started going back up, grocery stores in my area started having trouble keeping distilled water on the shelves again. I have medical devices that require distilled water. I love this machine. It takes 3 to 4 hours, so its not fast, but it works great. It is easy to clean and no matter how much hoarding of distilled water there is, I will always be supplied. Best part is, I never have to go to the store for distilled water again. Machine will pay for itself an I don't have to carry gallons of water from the car to the house again.

Purchased 2 of these and have been using them consistently for a few months now. They are easy to operate and work well for our needs of distilled water for our whole house humidifier. They are much larger than we anticipated and the fans our noisy during operation but everything works as it should. Would recommend them, and do not utilize the filters for them so cannot elaborate on that aspect.

We distill our drinking and coffee water. We have had 3 different distillers. This one is easier to use and clean.

My distiller stopped working after just a few months of light use. I was given a partial refund, which was reasonable.
