There was a delivery issue with my order. The company made it right. It was a great customer experience. The distiller works just as advertised. The only thing that I would caution, do not use the automatic shutoff. It tends to burn the leftover contents. Kinda hard to clean

This was very easy to set up and use. It works great. Definitely caught some sediment in our water. And it was very easy to clean. We use this at least 2 to 3 times a week.

This is the third time I have ordered this VEVOR Distiller. I had to send the other two back because the first one wouldn't work and the second one had a problem with the on off switch. This one seems to be working perfectly. When they work, they work really well. They are quieter and faster than other distillers that I have owned. I also have this model in Stainless Steel. I have had it for quite a while and it is still working great. That is why I prefer this model. And did I mention, the price is great. I bought this specifically to make distilled water to water my plants. It takes about 4 hours to make a gallon. I took another reviewers advice and used a timer to shut the water distiller off after 3 hours and 45 minutes of use so it doesn’t scorch the bottom. It seems to help with hard water scale build up on the bottom. I use the included descaler cleaning granules after every other use. I add a little warm water to the bottom and sprinkle a little of the granules in the bottom and let it sit for 15 minutes or so. No scrubbing required.

It is okay. Problems with cords and machine on top of gallon water to cause me to out the way of cords and machine. They get tangle and plugs get mess up. But water drip and taste good. But just electric cords and plugs is not easy to plugs with wrong cords

I loved this machine but after two years of steady use the fan just stopped working. I'm on the fence if I'm going to get another one or not. I really did like it and was very happy with the water it produced but I'm not sure if I should replace this one or pay a bit more for a better model.

Very reliable and easy to use. I use a lot of distilled water for my home humidifier so this has been extremely helpful while saving me a ton of money. I love it!

Easy to set up and start making water! Does exactly what it's supposed to do, just wish it did it faster. But for a small tabletop unit it works just fine and does the job it's supposed to! I am satisfied!

I live in the country and on a water well, that has wonderful sweet water. Unfortunately, it is also very high in limestone!, to the point I had to clean my Ninja Dual Brew about every other week I use distilled water for my coffee maker and water kettle due to deposits, which buying by the gallon costs a lot. I decided the way to go was to buy a countertop distiller, and decided on this one and haven't looked back! A great purchase!!

Very easy to set up and operate. Quickly produces a gallon of distilled water in a few hours. You can hear fan running but it's not loud or obnoxious to me. Does exactly what I needed.
