I bought this for my husband as a Father's Day gift, but he was home when it was delivered and couldn't wait to open it! He had it out of the box, and up and running within an hour. We were surprised by the actual size, even though the dimensions are clearly in the description, as it is small than we expected. We go through a lot of ice and the table top model we have just wasn't enough. So far, we are very satisfied with our purchase.KC - New Hampshire

The Ice Machine works perfectly... The packaging was excellent for both the Head unit and ice bin....The unit didn't work at first. The problem was at some point during shipping the magnet that allows the system to know when to start making ice was out of adjustment...All that was needed was to pull the magnet sensor forward about an 1/8 inch to where both magnets touched....Worked like a charm....The code reading you get when this is the issue is 'Ice Flip'......

Been a few months now and am very pleased with its output and ease. I hooked up a descaler and whole house filter to it and the ice just keeps coming. I purchased this unit to replace a commercial unit costing thousands more. It makes more than I need, and if biz requires, I'll buy another !!

I thought it would be cheap metal, but it is heavy stainless and good quality. We assembled the unit (easy) and it didn't work. We contacted the manufacturer through Amazon, and it took a few days to hear back from them. However, the told us to get a repair person out and they would pay the bill. We did that, and it was a simple wire that had come loose. We gave them a snapshot of the bill, and they immediately credited our card. It was simple and painless!! We are currently enjoying a ton of ice!! Highly recommend this product!!

I'm really happy with this ice maker. Working very good. Making ice fast about 10mins. My restaurant has 40 seats. This ice maker is good enough to serve customers ice water, iced tea and bubble tea.

I believe that ice machine is good

We live on a lake and are constantly needing and using ice. We decided an ice maker would benefit us so we did research and found this ice maker. It has lived up to what it said it would do and we couldn’t be happier. The 3 stars for installation was more our doing than the machine. My husband did the install and we had to go to Home. depot numerous times for parts.

Worse thing about is it's a little noisy sometimes for my cat.

First ice maker! When they say 33lbs bin they are talking the entire bin, not how much ice it will hold, the ice maker has a cut off so this only makes about 12lbs then the ice hits the cutoff switch and cuts off!!! If I knew this prior I would've bought a bigger ice maker! But it makes ice and is getting the job done!

90 to 100 lbs in 24 hours is a stretch! 50 at the most also the bin holds only about 20Lbs max!! Other than that great machine for the $
