Love it ! Just smaller then expected. But works great .

The filter that it comes with is not that great. I sent the company an email for a recommendation for an upgrade but have not had a response.

Great Ice maker. Just remember that it’s small and as it says that it will pump out 95+pounds of ice and it will but know that the ice bin is not going to hold that.

I wanted to give this time before giving feedback. I bought this 5 months ago and I am very pleased with this item. It comes out like blocks of ice, but a scooper comes with, and it separates the ice very easily. LOVE IT. And it fills more ice as you use it. so, you never run out of ice. The machine makes more ice instantly.

I run a small bars, and have been wanting to get an icemaker for quite a while. Primarily, we sell wine and beer, but we wanted to add cocktails onto the menu.I don’t believe there is a better value for cost ice maker out there. This thing has been a workhorse. It’s really helped boost our sales, and our customers and we are pleased with its performance.

I have gotten a ton of compliments on this unit! Someone should get with the vendor on this because the pictures don't do it justice. It does have physical drains on the back of the unit, so you will need access to a drain and tubing. I believe this is for the compressors.Overall this has been a great unit. We are using it in a large break room with about 100 employees.
