Great!

Light weight and easy to handle

This little guy did the trick. I had roots in my sewer, 4" pip. it cleaned them out. Way cheaper then a plumber which charged me $450 last time.

cable accepts ridgid c-8 cutters, the ones supplied were a tad too small for the job i had to do. i also recommend pinning the legs, they vibrate loose.

Item did not come with any instructions, and the bits provided did not fit on product either cable. Why have 5/8 cable and 3/4 bits?

This saved us thousands!! We didn’t need to call a plumber. We had a clog for over a week. Couldn’t use the kitchen sink. We tried everything! I was about to call the plumber when my husband said to let him try this. He tried this twice. He went through a roof vent and 65 ft and found the clog!! It worked ! It passed fast but looked like a larger rat carcass. Anyway, it worked and saved us tons!! No problems afterwards either.

The product was easy to assemble, also very handy and useable. It makes plumbing jobs a simple task. I don't need assistance now. I can complete jobs unassisted now. It makes cleaning plumbing pipes a joy to clean them now. No procrastinating now.

Great product but the packaging for shipping was extremely poor. Cable housing was damaged.

I've only used it once but was able to clear my sewer line fairly easily. This product is worth the price, it would have cost me the same if I called a rotor service. If your hands on and don't mind a challenge and are trying to save some money and are a home owner I will recommend this product. The only down side is the instructions, but you can YouTube it and find your answers.
