If you are struggling, here is what worked for me: I first used the plastic orange prying piece provided to get some separation at the corner and slipped a piece of cardboard in as I removed the pry piece. I did this for each corner except the last I left the prying piece in. The key is to give some time for everything to separate, go assemble the rest of the set for the next 30 mins and come back, it came right apart. And the first one was the hardest, after that follow a similar process but no wait time. I think the wait time allows the pan to slowly separate as air slowly comes in between the pans Otherwise, I think this is a good set. I am giving it four stars, though, because it seems rather cheap and flimsy but it will do the job. I also used nitrile gloves to avoid from being cut during assembly. I think some people who are complaining about missing pieces bought it from Amazon warehouse because that happened to me at first. Buy it new. Don’t buy this item from Amazon warehouse.
