I ordered this to use in my workshop to clean carburetors and other engine parts. I checked the online Reviews, and demos and selected this as the Make, Model, Size i wanted. The ability to drain the tank was of particular interest since some of the cleaners I use are reusable. But when the product arrived, I was quite shocked how small the box was, Turns out that they had shipped me a cheaply Made, 3L Cleaner, that was some brand i had never heard of....After a call to Amazon, I heard back from the seller that asked for pictures of the unit, and its packing. THey determined that I was indeed seant the wrong Item. They shipped me the correct one, and said I could keep the incorrect one. Mistakes happen, but they went out of their way to correct it. Good Job.As for the unit itself. Its a great addition to my tool collection. The controls are easy to use, the tank is easy to fill and empty. Will hold some rather large parts for cleaning. The directions included have obviously been translated form another language into English by someone without a firm grip on English. Even the label on the front is not grammatically correct. The temperature is in degrees Celsius, so you have to do your own conversion. Also the rubber feet that came with the included basked fell off after the first use. They are not very snug on the wire that the rack is made out of. Without the feet the noise from the rack vibrating in the tank is very noticeable. I ended up using a couple of bits of heat shrink tubing to replace them.Over all I am quite happy with the product as well as the customer service.
