Good tool

This is a great product. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars for easy to use is that I had to have help holding the cable while I used the crimper.

Arrived as advertised and worked perfect each time I used it.

Does what it's supposed to do. Even the cable cutter on the side works well.

This worked perfect to fix our slide on our trailer.

I really liked this product. It perfectly does its job and ease my job.

Bought to this tool to make end loops on 3/16" wire rope to attach the turn buckles and eye bolts for anti sag cables for our driveway fence gates. The tool is not too large or heavy (in my opinion) and works similar to using a bolt cutter. Some people may need to set the head and one handle on the ground for more leverage to use the tool for swaging/crimping larger ferule sleeves.The tool has two wire rope cutting slots on both sides of the head. The shear-style cutters make clean cuts in wire rope and prevent fanning/fraying as they normally do using plain wire cutters.

I bought this for double duty as a wire cutter and swager and it's great. Decent price and it crimps like a champ. My ferrules are tight on the 1/8" steel wire and the force required to get them on is pretty low because of the strong lever action. Very impressed with this tool.
