We ordered this online and was worried it wasn't going to be what we were looking for. But our order arrived in good timing and packaged properly so no damage. It was easy to set up. The ice machine came with everything needed to set it up. water line hoses and washers. Came with water setup and one insert. Came with ice scoop and a hook inside to hang it on. Produces ice way faster then our last unit and is much quieter. The best thing is ease of use with the digital display . Tells you everything that is going on with the machine. Tells you fault codes also so you know if it is having a problem. Very happy with this ice maker.

Received as expected with accurate date as stated. Easy setup with excellent performance as of today, about 3 weeks in use. Nice product! Great price! We will see what happens in the future.

Have had the unit for a month now and has worked great. Bought it because my neighbor has same for a year. No issues and great price point. I have it outside and on a wifi outlet at my fishing camp. Turn on Thursday and off on Saturday. More ice than I can use.

Works really good. Very happy and saving a $$$ on buying ice. We bag our own now and customers love it.

I've had this unit goin on a year now and I love it. It was easy to set up, the computer is a little difficult but with instructions it does it's job. It doesn't use much power and it's out in my shop in this Texas heat. It pumps out ice great and has paid for itself between fishing trips and hunting season I never run out of ice. We use a lot of it too I spent ⅓ of the cost buying ice in October alone the previous year. Great product and the filers can be ordered anywhere in bought at the local hardware store.

Unit makes ice every 15 min. The good ice. Shipping was fast. Set up in about 1 hour. It will completely fill up with ice in about 15 hours. Very pleased with this purchase

Had a broken hinge but after I 3d printed it it worked perfectly makes ice so it’s hard to complain.

Very impressed only thing I’d say is better job with instructions still haven’t figured out to get it to the point we can dim the control screen

Ordered the ice machine and Vevor shipped it out immediately and it arrived before scheduled. Unfortunately when the driver was unloading it a car ran into the machine and truck. Vevor refunded my account in two days. I ordered another machine and it arrived in four days. The machine has been making ice for the last week just as advertised. Thanks for the great service. PS. All the employees I dealt with were really great.

This ice machine has a great price. It arrived three days earily. It was packaged good. It works Great! What more could you ask for? I will buy another for my fishing camp.
