Works great right out of the box. Easy hook up ! Makes plenty of ice.

Took awhile to install the instructions weren't very easy to read and costumer service never picked up. I finally figured out how to use it and it's pretty good, you can't really change the ice shapes or at least I think.

I love everything about this. I just received it so I’m not sure how it will wash but it’s soft, lightweight and beautiful colors. Just like the pictures.

We have a small business and this machine works great for our needs. I had read reviews so i purchased a new filter before starting to install. Ice is solid cubes. Reason for 4 stars is the ice comes out in a chunk and has to be broke with the scoop. I would recommend it

We thought this was white when it arrived, you have to take the protective film off. This will be perfect for our bar area with the other stainless appliances. Haven't tried it yet but we are looking forward to the summer with this ice maker to keep up with all of the cold drinks.

The product is great but the company uses fedex to ship,good luck getting it in one piece,mine was all dented up.

Installed it two weeks ago and have not had any issues. The ice is clear and solid. Unfortunately, the supplied water filter was underwellming. I purchased a 5 micron / carbon filter assembly from Lowes.

This is really a great Ice maker. I highly recommend you throw all the hoses away and get steel braided lines and a decent water filter. You will need an adapter which I got a lowes. The little included pumps works well and I have the drain going into a 5 gallon water jug I picked up at walmart. Turn it off every night so I don't have to hear it and have never run out of ice.I can now fill up my cooler anytime I want and it still makes enough ice for the family. So I recommend this machine. Just be prepared to hook the water line up and the drain or hire a professional to do it for you.Once I got the parts it only to ten mins to hook up.
