With just distilled water it made a huge difference in clarity. I watched some online videos and came up with a cleaning mixture and I am impressed. With just the first few records, the clarity of the recording , compared to the original, was great. I would recommend this cleaner to any serious audiophile wanting to take care of their collection. An A+ from me! Ps nothing cleans up scratches.

I got this as a gift for my son who always seems to be cleaning carbs and parts. He used to use carb cleaner by the gallon but this has been a game changer. I also purchased the deionized water for the unit since we have well water. That's a little spendy but the speed with how fast it cleans and will stay clean is amazing! He has it in the basement since we live in MN which is very cold right now so it's a little loud but I'm sure it won't be bad during the summer in the garage.

I bought this primarily to clean guns. It did not disappoint. It does not clean barrel interiors very well, but everything else is spotless. I tossed the parts of 7 guns into the basket and let it run for 45 minutes. I had to run patches through the barrels and lube all the rest. Easiest post shooting cleaning day I’ve ever had!I even put a slide I have with damaged blueing in it and expected to pull out garbage. It did not appear to exacerbate the damaged blueing at all.I love this ultrasonic cleaner. No bells or whistles, just enough to get the job done.I did use tap hot water to begin with and the machine’s heating function to support temperature maintenance over time. This could be an important detail.

This ultrasonic cleaner really does a great job. I reload and am using this to clean my brass. Last year I flooded during hurricane Ida and all my brass got very muddy. I got this and it really cleaned it up very nicely. The valve on the side works very nicely but the hose and the clamp they supply leaks right at the connection to the valve which is why it only gets 4 stars. I'm going to have to improve the connection somehow. I'm editing this the valve you really have crank down hard when attaching the hose and it stops leaking. It felt to me like I was going to break it when I tightened it

Easy to use. I fill tank, let it heat up before starting the cleaning process. This may take up to a hour. Add objects to be cleaned and set timer to desired length of time. It does a great job cleaning, especially in hard to reach places.I have used it on a couple of carburetors that appeared to be reasonably clean, one a Holley 4 barrel the other a Kawasaki and was amazed at the dirt that was left in bottom of tank. I am satisfied with this product.

Larger than I thought it would be.,but that's good. Heats up on high so much that it's hard to get something out bare handed. All and all it works great. Also comes with a small metal tea ball for rings,etc.

I will NEVER go back to cleaning bike parts the old school way. I now clean my cassette and chain once a week, and it takes 5 minutes. AND I WAX MY CHAIN.

WOW! LOVE IT! I'm a professional (online) vinyl dealer and have always wanted one, this actually made it affordable and it works great. My only complaint is that it now only comes with 5 spacers (enough to clean 4 records at a time) and I'd like to find 4 more. I've also read that it works even better if you can slow the device that spins the records so they spin more slowly through the water. Since it uses a different power supply than the ultrasonic device, it seems there's an adapter that can be purchased to provide a lower voltage (4.5 volts I think?) which effectively slows it. Would love to be able to buy that as well.

Product works great. Cleans very thoroughly with exceptional results. Would recommend for anyone working on small motors

Good performance, good value, and good size. I bought this to clean some wheel bearing parts after disassembly. Using simple green industrial, appropriately diluted, it did the job. Will use it on the carburetor next. I saw the 5L version in HF, and bought this 10L one for less money here. 10L is a good size and fits in a kitchen or utility sink for easy fill and draining. I like the un fussy controls, plus I can operate them with limited space once the unit is in the sink. Recommended.
