I am a 30 year licensed plumber and pipe fitter. Love how you waited 30 days to ask for review so I can't return it. This is my 2nd order from Vevor and the first ordered sent me the wrong part as your website had the item mislabeled and it turned out the item wasn't even available. I got screwed on that one too and it cost me $10 for what I didn't originally order. The Ice Maker doesn't hold the water level in the sump. Float valve is broken after 2 uses. It must be a bad seat. Not sure.
I have had this Ice Maker for over a year now. It is awesome - such a good value. I plumbed it to the house for the water supply and the drain. So convenient and saves a lot of money compared to purchasing ice.
It has been a hot summer herein the Northeast. Our staff was buying a significant amount of ice. We decided to try this out to see if it was a viable option. Wow! We are very happy with the performance of this low price unit. It produces us about 20 pounds of ice every 24 hours. Just enough in the hot weather. Now that things have cooled, we are producing a surplus!
Had for a few months then the ice fall light came on. Can’t figure out why that when I unplug it and reset it the E1 code comes on waiting for the company to contact me back after less than a year‘s worth of use. I shouldn’t be having this problem
The ice machine was a little small for the area I had framed in my outdoor kitchen but I still love it. It was extremely each to hook up, and works great.
