We bought this larger machine for our business. It worked out great and we're happy with it. We have a smaller one machine, but needed something for our bigger items. We only used this machine for approximately 1 month and the wire broke. I've been trying to get replacement wires, but no luck. Frustrated. Please help.

This works perfectly for my oversize mailer boxes. I was able to put a heavy 3500 ft roll of shrink wrap on the roller with no problem. Would recommend to anyone who needs to shrink wrap packages.

The shrink wrap machine Is perfect for what we are using it for. The instructions were great and we use it on a daily basis. Shipping was fast and we have no issues at all!

The product have arrived pretty fast, literally the fastest actually because I have ordered some other items as well with it, and this product was the first to arrive.I am new in business , I am selling a couple of different products in different sizes(dimensions) so I was a bit hesitant about how to use it but it was very practical. I set it up quickly after a couple of different heat level I found what is best for me. So it is really easy to use.I am currently using it for almost everything like gift wrapping etc. Good product for good price!

It was light weight for a usually heavy product. It came with a heat gun and holder as well as extra wire. Great deal. We are a big department store who use this consistently for events and holidays. Great product.
