Great product! Works exactly like I needed it to.

I have it a 4 star bc the heat gun that came with it was not hot enough to shrink wrap quickly. So we replaced with it with a dewalt brand which works much quicker!

I left this in the box because I wasn't sure how to use it. I watched videos for other similar machines. I use the middle setting or a little hotter to melt the plastic. I lay my item in the crease, bring down the heating arm while pulling gently on the edge of the plastic. As it pulls away, I know it is sufficiently sealed. I then use the heat gun. Sometimes it is full of air (can cause a hole in the plastic) so I try to squeeze out air when sealing the package. I use a medium heat on the gun and slowly go around the edges and then the top and bottom. Happy with the purchase but wish I knew if I was doing it correctly or the best way.

Size is what i needed - easy to use. Only problem is the bars that hold the roll of film, 1st item i wrapped, on of the bars fell off. I had to unassembled the bracket that holds the bars which is the only way to get the bar back on. Then tighten all the other screws which were loose. Not too big a deal but worth noting and is the reason for the 4 vs 5 stars.

The shrink wrapper works great and is as expected.
