Works very well. Definitely need a dust collection system or have to vacum out the dust collector every so often. It doesn't shoot the chips across the shop like a Dewalt would. But all in all it does what I need it to.

Both items came on time and was easy to track. Both packages were secure and had all pieces. Super easy to set up and use.

I got this because the price was so low ($217.99) and for the money it work great. Only has two cutting blades. The plate bed is not attached to the frame causing it to be high in several location. When you run your wood through the pressure from the above roller will push the table flat in all the high spots. So when you are setting it up take the flex of the planer table into account. But again for the price and not every day use it is a very good planer.

Easy to set up and use. Sturdy and easy to adjust. Does an excellent job on rough, dented wood. Arrived as scheduled, and protected by heavy duty packaging. Very happy with this purchase.

HAD TO ADD WHEELS DUE TO ITS WEIGHT I DONT HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE TO USE IT, BUT NEEDED TO REINFORCE LEGS, TO THIN THE METAL USED FOR THEM, THEY WILL BEND IF I MOVE IT. I USED 1/8 BY 2X2 ALUMINUM ANGLE AND WORKS GREAT

good value, easy to use. Great prompt shipping, easy to assemble. The stand included with the planer is of poor quality metal, very flimsy. I mounted the planer on the stand I used on my old planer.

Addressing 2 complaints I've seen in other reviews: Regarding no instructions for putting the stand together - if you can't figure out how to put it together, you probably shouldn't be using power tools. Seriously. It's very simple and takes only the slightest modicum of common sense to see how it goes together. Regarding snipe at the end of the boards when you use it: all thickness planers that aren't set up correctly will have snipe. It took me 5 minutes to adjust the tables on both sides so that I don't get snipe. This is the first thickness planer I've ever owned, I just looked up a video for "how to get rid of planer snipe" and followed the instructions. For me, this planer is fantastic. There are certainly better-quality planers with more features, more or better blades, more powerful and whatever else, but they are far more expensive. The thickness guide on mine is accurate, it cuts smooth enough for what I'm doing, and it'll get my jobs done. I'd recommend this one for sure, and at this price it's a no-brainer.

I absolutely love this thing! It works wonderful. Its a bit loud but it is a planer so that was to be expected. I have had this for a few months and it still works like a charm. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Very easy to set up and use .. takes some getting used to the adjustment.. I started very light at first then got used to the adjustments .. follow the instructions and it’s. GREAT tool I use a vacuum.. otherwise it’s a mess to clean up
