I have found the mini lathe good for the price. I had one dislike about the lathe. The screw on the tail stock is bent, but will still operate.

The workmanship is just so,so .i think for the money it is fine I regret not buying a better lathe. I have a Jet lathe full size in my home in Arizona .

This lathe appears to me to be exactly the same as the grizzly that is priced much higher. All these tools come out of the same chinese factories and are then branded by whoever. Mophorn is priced very well. The lathe works as presented....the head stock has a metric thread, I bought an adapter to 1"x8tpi for about 25 bucks.

I've never used a lathe before. It came in a very timely manner but the instruction manual that came with it is worthless. I could sure use a video on assembly and operation, I hope I'm doing it right. Help me.

It is very well built and easy to use. The rpm indicator broke immediately, but that's fine with me.

The product came with 2 interior threaded handles, but I can't find what they are used for. Also, the instruction book print is so small, I can barely make it out. Other wise, it arrived A OK, and as soon as I can make out the manual printing, put it to good use !!

Works extremely well. I've already turned a shot glass out of lilac wood for a friend.

Arrived quickly and packaged very well. Husband set it up and did a test piece on it. Easy to follow directions for setup and use. Turned out great! His first wood lathe!
