First one dont work,2nd one works fine.

The machine works perfectly with very little effort.The height can be adjusted as well to grab or insert the boba cup with one hand from the top and does the rest of the work itself.Amazing product and the design is great.

Very reasonable price performs well same as the expensive model. Cost and effective does me good. Seals all the time recommended.

Hi,Yep, this is a really good machine but why it without the additional ring for paper cups? I want to use the machine for 16 oz paper cups and now I have to decide the new task with this additional ring. Why you just not put it and deliver it with the machine?Thanks
