Great lathe, has metal gears not cheap plastic ones. Came with a 3 jaw and a 4 jaw independent movement chuck. Also came with tools. It has a brushless motor and decent power for it's size.

It is a very accurate mini lathe. Well worth the price!

After reading some negative reviews I was apprehensive about ordering from Vevor. However I had a great experience and I have nothing but good things to say about Vevor. Lathe arrived with some damage from shipping company not Vevor鈥檚 fault, forklift smashed the chip guard. Vevor was easy to work with and resolved issue promptly. Lathe requires deep cleaning and fine tuning before use, which was expected. The rust prevention grease comes off with WD-40 and some paper towels, and looks nice and shiny new when completed. Take your time to disassemble, clean and learn about your new lathe. So far things look better than expected although small adjustments are needed to get everything dialed in. Excited to start making chips once new guard arrives. I would order from Vevor again without hesitation.

I have always wanted a metal lathe but don't have the room for a full size so this fit the bill perfectly. It came very well crated and everything was in great condition. I am very happy with my purchase.

Setting up the lathe I found it needed tuning and lots of cleaning, some honing of the ways was done because they were very rough causing the cross slide to bind, a work in progress. This lathe has lots of power and with the four jaw chuck there is barley any run out. Out of the box it will need cleaning and tuning but it is a nice machine.
