Item works fine makes a very good quality floss. Only negatives temp regulations regarding continuous use take abit too dial in. Too much you get burns before the next load or the oposite cools off too much during loads n next load is grainy. The best advice is load timing and dial in the temp for the speed you go. And my other criticism is the latch鈥檚 that hold the bowl on are of poor quality and no tension adjustments so the bowl get loose ish.
