It made ice perfectly, our kids like it very much!

It made yummy ice, we all happy with this machine.

Those left bad reviews needed to know that you must let it seat at least 12 hrs when received. Don’t get too excited using it right away would damage compressor, remember it’s got freon in it, needed to be settle down after travel.Machine should rate at commercial grade.

Gets cold super quick. Could be commerical grade.

The product arrived pretty used looking but other then that it work’s amazing. Just make sure you let it sit for 12 hours after arrival to let the frezon set

This is the perfect machine for quick test batches or custom creations.

Big enough to produce ice cream that tastes like it came from a pro machine (and NSF approved) but small enough for home use.

Not gonna for on your counter- I use a kitchen cart that I wheel in and out and it is absolutely fabulous.
