Great customer service company! Online description was thorough and accurate with reasonable pricing. Item arrived well-packaged and in good condition. We recently used our new VEVOR telescopic pole saw to cut out-of-reach high tree limbs on our ranch. Took a bit of muscle for full extension sawing, but it did a good job that wouldn’t have gotten done without it. Handy tool to have for trimming overhanging limbs on trails and access roads, or for limbing trees for wirdfire control/prevention.

Pretty good
Watch out for fiberglass splinters/wear gloves. But it works great. Surprisingly, the lopper(what I actually bought it for) is easier to use and cuts much cleaner than my too short telescopic fiskers one. Made short work of my Areca palm’s nuts so I won’t have them raining into the pool for the next couple months.

Don't judge a pole saw by it's looks
This pole saw might look like a toy but it can do the damage. The blade is tough & thin, super sharp. I trim 80% of trees from the ground so I'm always looking for different pole saws & pruners. This saw is very light weight but strong. It will not bend unexstended & the clamps for extending are great but could be a bit stronger as the extensions will slip when pulling down on a limb. This is a huge time saver for tree pruning when there are thick area's of emergency growth inside the canopy, one swipe downward & it's done & easy to get thru the thickest of trees. The blade will not glaze up from sappy trees & stays very sharp. Amazing saw, I will definitely tell a freind.

It certainly is long enough but I'm in my 70's with shoulder arthritis which made it hard to hold or control. Anchoring the base of the pole to something as if deep sea fishing helped. My wife wants to wait until our regular professional's annual tree service but I was trying to get the longer branches between visits. The pruner could be very useful.
