overall, a good deal, minor issues only - switch design makes it hard sometimes to keep it from clicking off on its own, a bit heavy but it also makes for a smoother finish and better material removal, variable speed is a plus- well built, good quality, expect it to last a while. Designed so it can be clamped in a vise for handheld piece work.

This is the 2nd one of these tube sanders I've ran. The first one just attached to any grinder. It was fine but I didn't want to designate one of my grinders for just tubing. So I bought this and it's great. Plenty of power and a serous thick sturdy frame.

I loved everything about this sander. It makes sanding post a breeze! The variable speed makes this a win win.

I have about 120 linear feet of 1" stainless steel tubing I need to put a nice finish on. This thing fits the bill. Easy to use, powerful, and has worked like a charm and I have done about 40 LF so far. I was pleasantly surprised by the soft start feature. Build quality and functionality are better than expected for a low cost belt sander/polisher.

Has more gravity than the picture would let on. Works pretty good for rust and paint removal for weld/paint prep. Seems to work better the bigger the diameter.

I needed a pipe polisher for cleaning up a bull bar and other odds and ends. This made quick work of the job. The belt supplied with the polisher isn't that good but invest in some proper belts and it will treat you well. Thanks! - Mike A.

Used to using 1" wide, 30" long belts. Had to move up to a 1-1/2" x 30" belt for this sander, but other than that this works just fine and gets the job done.
