Excellent machinery! It set up easily abd it was not difficult to calibrate. The vinyl cuts were crisp and clear. I would definitely recommend it.

For the price this is a great first machine. Software has some glitches but overall I am very happy with it. I did have a problem with the motherboard and customer service got it taken care of immediately and was very helpful.

Installing was a little rough. Once you sit down and actually read what they're telling you its simple. Cuts great and the program is simple to learn. I had zero experience with a cutter and I figured it out in less than an hour.

We’ve had this for a bit now and LOVE it ! It’s more than paid for itself in a short time !
