The concession window made well, I’m very happy with it. They packed it very well, and shipped promptly. I would purchase again.

So far I have purchased 4 concession doors, I was very pleased with the packing and the quality of the overall product received. I will be purchasing many more units. The concession doors installed VERY easily.

Great product! one of the many things I like about it is it's TRUE to size! Its a SOLID well functioning window! I have bought a few as well as installed a few for fellow food truckers! This wont be my last purchase!

These windows are great the only issues i have is with the shipping and the packaging. Packaging is lousy there is no protection on the corners. If these are dropped by the shipper on a corner expect the corners to be damaged. They need to do some better packaging to protect there products better. Luckily I was able to bend most of it back straight and still use it. Like I said before these windows are great i have no complaint on the windows its just there packaging and shipping.

We bought two of these for our concession trailer. They were well made, and packaged with integrity in mind. They have a stiff opening and closing, but it's a good thing for a trailer. Don't want to make it easy to break into the trailer or the window itself to break. Easy to install on our trailer. These don't fall apart or have weak spots.

Very nice window. Easy to install. My only complaint would be the packaging, when the window arrived al 4 corners were bent due to I assume rough shipping conditions. I would say just to add some more protection inside the box. Other than that It is a fantastic product and we will be ordering again.
