The machine is good, but 240V outlet neededMost US outlets are only 120V, they can’t afford the oven enough power.So you need a power transformer or call a electrician change the outlet voltage.If you can’t do one of them and asked return.RETURN TAKE DELIVERY FEEBut again, machine is good, it works good to me when the voltage is enough

This steel pizza oven is exactly what we looking for. We like to eat pizza, but we don’t like to clean up after bake in the stove. This pizza oven is a great solution, it’s great size and stainless. It have a bottom layer take out super easy to clean up. We been use it all the time. The pizza came out to very yummy and crispy. We stop order pizza from brand stores now. It help us save a lot time and money. Recommended.

Does a great job on pizza especially the thin crust we make. It is fast and the two ovens allow other items to be baked as needed. Can do two 9 inch pizza at once in each oven if needed.

Fantastic oven. Just remember to preheat. it takes about 45 minutes to fully come up to temperature.
