Machine worked great to process a beef one we figured out how to put it together. There were no assembly or use instructions. It wasn’t terribly difficult to figure out, just took a bit of time.

Works perfectly. It has cut my time in half. I have use it to process 3 pig over the last week. The only complaint is clean up. Most parts will go in the dishwasher but I have to wash the rest.
