This is a good product and heats evenly across all the layers and the dumplings cook consistently across all the different levels. Heats up quickly too

Unit works as stated, better on induction burner on the range works fine but getting the perfect temp is tricky also flame causes quite a bit of discoloration. Unit stacks firmly and the gauge of holes in steaming tray are good size for even steaming also heigth is good for multitasking. As a chef I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic steamer, easy to clean and use. My only complaint is the company customer service was terrible. I bought this as a Christmas gift, it arrived without a couple screws/bolts for the handles. I contacted them (The maker), they wanted me to copy all my information from my purchase on Amazon, to prove I bought one. They wouldn't check theirs. I did as they asked, two week later still no screws/bolts. We went and bought new ones. Terrible customer service
