Ordered this lift in and it came in quickly. Only issue was the jack leaked on first use but customer service was quick on the reply and getting a replacement sent to me. Works great now.

This lift exceeded my expectations! It came with wheels no pictured in the add. Makes working on and storing bikes a breeze. We will probably get another. My buddy already got on for himself.

Box showed up completely ripped open. Missing multiple parts. And what was left was damaged. Took pictures and video (at customer service request) and was told they would send out a new item and I will receive an email confirmation in 24 hours. Well 24 hours came and went, then 48 hours, then 72 hours with no email. I called back to find out the status and was told to resend all the pics and video and I can "try" to get another item and someone would email me back within 24 hours. I asked the customer service person if she thought this was good customer service and she said yes. Not only will I never buy from Vevor again but I will also put it on my businesses social media pages how "good" their customer service is in hopes no one else gets scammed. Waste of time and money.
