One heavy piece of steel. I have a very old vehicle that needed a new drivers side floor and what better than this hunk of steel. I suppose it will work after cutting it in half in the stove (small pizza). Glad I ordered this hunk of steel to cook on as indeed it came in handy.

Worth the price
Aside from having to exert more effort than anticipated to remove the plastic film on the underside, the pizza steel has been excellent!

Just used it for the first time to make scratch pizza, will my son did. He said it was great. It will live in the oven.

Nice baking steel
This is very heavy duty, the only reason it did not get 5 stars is the back side of the steel had a sticky glue type substance that took forever to scrub off. The top had a few minor scratches.

This item is an excellent choice for a two pizza system.

Easy to assemble
I use a parchment paper rather than laying the pizza directly on the stone which makes clean up simple (none most times). I found this stone give a nice even temperature and the best one I've tried so far.

Thos is one of those things you wish you had bought years ago. I use it on the bbq. Only tip I have is once the bbq is at 600 or so, wait another ten minutes for the stone to heat. Hotter stone cooks better.
