My bathroom is small and this item fits perfectly. As mentioned in other reviews, the installation instructions are lacking a lot! But sitting down with the booklet and the actual hardware I was able to figure things out. The hardest part is marking the wall. I used a piece of cardboard that was the same size as the towel warmer. Then I put the two machine-screws into the top mounting holes on the towel warmer. I carefully placed the warmer on top of the cardboard with the screws against the cardboard and gently pushed the warmer to mark the top. mounting holes. Then I pushed the warmer, very carefully, where the two plastic electrical caps were and again marked the cardboard for the bottom mounting holes. Then I just centered the cardboard on the wall, where I wanted to mount the warmer. Using a sharp point drift pin; I pushed the drift pin through the cardboard and made marks on the wall for all four mounting holes. I used a 1/4” drill bit for the three plastic anchors. And because I hard wired the warmer, I used a1/2” drill bit to run the wire into the wall. All the mounting hardware is also good quality and strong. Because I hard wired mine, I mounted three of the spacers without the wire onto the warmer. And the fourth spacer, with the wire, I attached to the wall. Then I was able connect the electrical connector, install all the set screws.The unit heats up in 5 to 10 minutes and does a nice job of warming the towel. The unit gets hot to the touch but cools off quickly when you turn it off. I am very happy with the operation and quality of this item!
