To start with, when I inspected the pump, all the head bolts were loose and one was sticking out about an inch. I emailed the seller about torque settings and they said to tighten them. Made me question if the pump would explode when I brought it online. Fortunately after getting it running it is a quiet pump and builds air and recovers quickly. For the price, a good buy, but check the tightness of ALL the bolts prior to installing it. Gave it four stars for the quality control issues.

Everything I purchase from Vevor has been high quality and worked well. This pump is no exception. It works well. The output tube that feeds the compressed air into the tank attaches lower on the pump than the original. You will probably have to buy 12" of 1/2" copper tubing and bend it to fit like I did. It's quite simple. I purchased a used 80 gallon compressor for $250.00. I replaced the pump and motor with ones I purchased at Vevor. I wound up with a brand new 80 gallon compressor for around $600.00, can't beat that. The only thing I would change about Vevor is the company they use to ship their goods. It took a month from when Vevor shipped the motor for me to receive it and I only received it after Rita from Vevors incredible customer service department called FedEx and apparently raised hell. Offering UPS as a shipping option would fix that.

It's an ok compressor for the money. The diacription says it has a 10.5" flywheel but mine came with a 12" pulley. I never could get a straight answer on what direction it is mentioned to rotate. There was a ton of over casting in the oil fill hole witch made it take forever to fill. One of the bolts that hold the crank shaft seal adapter was cross threaded also.With my motor turning the pump at 1100rpm ( hence why the flywheel size is important) the pump fills a 40 gal tank starting at 90psi and finishing at 140, takes 50 sec.

Works well ,pumps the air like I need , runs a lot quieter than my other compressor, very pleased!

So far so good. I can't complain for the money I spent. I wish it would have come with some basic information like where the fill line for the oil is supposed to be.

This is a replacement pump had to drill new holes so it would work on my compressor but it works good and quieter than my original one. Works as expected so far. No instructions what so ever so be prepared to DIY with ur own knowledge.
