I really enjoy the workout it gives and the fact I can hook my phone up with my bluetooth. It gives you the full workout without doing to much.

Was apprehensive because it wasn't a prime item. Actually arrived earlier than projected, securely packaged. includes watch, remote, bluetooth & stability bands. Easy to start, and operate, simply inserted power supply & plugged into outlet.Quiet motor, a snap to use, digital easy-to-read interface, adequate speakers-(used bluetooth feature.) Can be used anywhere, very mobile unit. Wish the power cord was a bit longer.Only used inconsistently (1.5 weeks) so I can't affirm effectiveness. Will say I felt a slight twinge, similar to post workout. I felt less sluggish, active, as well as a mood lift. This will definitely become part of my daily routine, happy with my purchase.Update: 10/25/20 This machine is quiet on lower levels, when you increase the intensity, the sound, and vibration will follow. I feel great after using only a few weeks, overall mood, cellulite, and energy improved. Haven't weighed myself yet, but my face, arms, neck & calves appear more slim/toned.Update: 2/12/21 One of the stability bands broke while using machine. Still pleased with purchase. Lost inches, noticeably more toned, reduced cellulite & swelling, more energetic, mobile & content. This machine is a game changer for those who are injured, has mobility issues, or hard to motivate.
