machine works great and fills bin in less than 12 hours not sure its really 220 lbs but like it anyway will buy again if it holds up

Very impressed. Unit arrived in a timely matter. Refrigeration unit shipped separate from bin, but arrived within one week. Packaging was impressive. Included all parts necessary to install. Took less than one hour. Turned it on and it worked perfect. The manual is vague and hard to understand, but after reading it multiple times, and playing with the machine, it's fairly easy to operate. I own a small town bar/restaurant, 100 person capacity, and this machine keeps up no problem during its first 30 days running. Fills the 250 lb bin in about 10 hours. Definitely a good value for the price. We'll see how long it runs trouble free....

Makes ice fast

this machine is so good. working good and fast and easy!! my restaurant has 120 seat. this machine can make enough ice.
